Hey I'm Samantha (Sam for short) I'm currently studying a Design course at Liverpool hope university so, that one day in my hopefully not so distant future I will become a designer of some sorts, I say that because I keep changing my mind on material areas and techniques that I enjoy to work with, decisions decisions. I'll be honest I can be very slow at posting on blogs such as this, hey I'm having trouble keeping up to date with my online journal, so bare with me. My interests so far consist of digital design and both sides of textiles, screen printing and construct, so you can see my dilemma on what path my future career will take me, something I can understand hopefully. Well there's not a lot more to say apart from I hope when I get to better grips of posting and blogging etc that you enjoy looking at my page, enjoy!

I was watching a programme with my mum called Superscrimpers and obviously by the name its a programme about how to save you money. They have a few little neat and interesting ideas on now and again one being creating scented bags using fabric you already have or recycle and fabric furnishings or clothing as well as having an old pillow to use the stuffing from the only thing that isn’t cost efficient unless you get them on a regular basis but can be quite cheap to be fair is the scented oils. However I’m considering using this as a Christmas gift idea as I know a few people who would love them.
